Effective corporate governance promoted in the GCC with the launch of a new partnership

Computershare Governance Services (CGS) has teamed up with Satellite Visual Communications (SVC) to introduce entity management systems and board portal technology throughout the Gulf Corporate Council (GCC).

This new partnership highlights the ever-increasing focus on corporate governance of which managing corporate entities, meeting legislative deadlines and running effective board meetings is a crucial element.
